Twins birthday 2017 - Twins turn 8!!

The twins had their FIRST EVER real birthday party!  They were super excited and I think really enjoyed it!  They got to celebrate the weekend before their birthday and then again on their birthday, so that was great for them.  This of course all happened back in November 2017!  I'm just now catching up!
Andrew had a couple friends over and they played Minecraft. . . you won't see that picture, because I was with the girls group and forgot to take a picture of the boys!  They also had a lego building challenge.  I think Minecraft took up most of his time, however.  For Andrew's cake, he chose a lego head.  It turned out pretty good!

For Addison's cake, she chose a Princess Crown.  It still turned out, but maybe not as clearly as Andrew's!  She loved it though.

Addison chose to do a "Spa" day for her birthday.

As you can see, it was quite relaxing and enjoyable for her!  We enjoyed everyone who came to help and all her friends that came and enjoyed it with her.
After Addison and Andrew had their own time with their friends, we brought everyone together for a snowman piñata!  I almost forgot to get it made!  But it was fun for the kids!

We tried to keep the kids away from the swinging stick!

Everyone got a turn, but I only want to show you the twins!  Most kids even got 3 or more turns!  It was built well!

Overall, they had a really great, fun party.  I also didn't get the picture of them making their own pizza for lunch time, the twins opening their presents, or the cake eating!!  I must have been just sitting there so bored!! (I say that sarcastically because I know I was running around and didn't even really watch them open the presents from their friends!)

Of course I can't skip the "real" birthday!  I have this thing with making sure we celebrate ON the kids birthday day.  I just don't think it's a birthday without a proper celebration on that day.  For dinner they chose McDonald's!  Yeah!  NO work for me!!

They both had SO many presents!

They loved all their gifts and really had a great evening.  In closing of their birthday, I had all the kids sit down and open another present, an early Christmas present of sorts. . . Plane tickets to the USA for Christmas!!  I was SO HAPPY to finally tell them!  I had been planning it all year long!

We left for Idaho for Christmas on December 15th, 2017.  We got to stay for 3 weeks!  I will go over all that in another post.  However, while we were there, the twins were able to get baptized!  SO special having so much family around. . . though we did miss a few who couldn't come.

This is pre-baptism.

With their Auntie Paije and Uncle Tom.

Grandma and Grandpa Dance

Cousins Brynlee, Baylee and Bridget.

Everyone who could make it!

Addison singing with Evelyn. . . she was so happy to get to do this!

Porter lead the music.

Fisher Family minus Les! Aunt Abbe, Kayla, Caden, Kyler

Aunt Amanda, Raven, Brackin, Harlie and Wyatt.

Aunt Hillary, Porter, Evelyn, Ruth, Kirra, Blakely

 Cute excited Twins!

After the baptism we went to a Chinese buffet luncheon place.  These two were so happy!  Congratulations kids!  Mom loves you and I am so proud of you and your sweet and wonderful spirits!
