Addison and Andrew - 6 months old

These kids get cuter by the month! They are so much fun right now. They are rolling quite a bit, and Addison has decided that sleeping on her belly is better. . . no matter how many times we roll her back over! She's a really cute sleeper. Andrew is funny. He loves to laugh and play. He's wanting to sit up more now, so I find myself sitting with him on the floor often.



Addison is so cute!! I really like this dress she is wearing. She is such a princess!!





Here is her beautiful smile. She is so very sweet and cuddly! My most cuddly baby. . . or is it the most flexible baby. I don't know. But if you know my babies they are all very stiff. Addison is the only one who is not. She is nice and bendable like a baby should be!!


Yes, Andrew is pulling on Addison's dress. This was before they were rolling. He was using her to help him. They are cute together. Addison is cute even when not smiling, Andrew is extra cute when he does smile. Love them both so much!


Isn't his smile worth a million bucks? He is such a handsome boy. His hair is thin, but growing and growing. I almost gave him a hair cut in places when I was cutting the other boy's hair. It's crazy!

This video is of Addison when she was first trying to roll over. I thought it was extra cute because of her sounds she is making. They do roll over now. . . I just haven't gotten it on camera. Every time they are rolling I get the camera out and then they stop and stare at me like they know I'm going to take a picture or something! So funny. Anyway, when I get it recorded I'll post the video. For now, this is cute.

Andrew Splashing

I used to be able to sit by the tub and watch my baby play. Now however (ok, this is about a month old, but oh well) that's not possible unless I want a bath too.



I must admit, since this is old footage, I do get wet now. He really likes to sit up and splash, but hasn't mastered the sitting up by himself thing, yet. Most nights I have to dry my own arms off!

Garden

This is our tilled garden this year. It's approx. 1800 square feet this year. We have it planted now and hopefully it will be great! We planted raspberries and strawberries on the far side, and potato, onion, carrot, squash, zucchini, cucumbers, pumpkins, peppers, peas, beans, tomato, and six rows of corn in the rest of the garden. We shall see how it all turns out. Very excited though, I truly love gardens! Thanks Dad for that!

Mother's Day 2010

So it may be late, but here is a little bit of our Mother's day. I was taking a nap with the twins upstairs on that Sunday afternoon, and when I woke up to come down this is what I found. . . it said "Happy Mothers Day Mom We Love You". Evan had written all the letters and I'm sure Josh helped him put them on the stairs, but the path led me to my presents. Evan got me so many things that he had made at school, even a tomato plant! Josh got me the most fabulous thing. . .




this little blue box of fabulousness! This is a Tardis. It is from Dr. Who. I have wanted this little item for a couple of years, but it was out of stock until this most recent season started (with a new doctor and all). I was SO excited!


Yes, it is a cookie jar. It even plays the sound the tardis makes when you open and then close the lid. Or push the button on top.


It was a great day. Josh even made dinner (per step by step instructions), and the sister missionaries came over. It was a good day.
