June!

June is a great month!

Evan turned 10!  He is such a great boy and so fun to be with!
For his birthday we went camping.  He got to bring one friend.  Once we woke up from camping we went to the lake and let the older kids go with Dad to use a paddle boat.  They loved it!

I took the twins home so we could decorate and get ready for a PARTY!

He had a few more friend come over and we did a Pokemon themed party.
They drew their own pokemon bags.
 (see, decorations)

They had fun hitting a pinata.

Playing "pin the lightning bolt on Pikachu".

Eating Pizza on the deck.

Eating this cake.

And Evan really enjoyed opening up all his presents from his friends and his family.

It was a great birthday overall!  I can't believe my little boy is 10!  DOUBLE DIGITS!!  He's such a good boy, a great helper, and the best older brother any kid could ask for.  Brayden even calls him his hero.  Evan is really a great kid, the best!

Father's Day!!

He got a suit.

and the massager he had been wanting.  It's fabulous!  To rough for the rest of us, but he loves it!

We gave Grandpa Cobb a funny t-shirt.
Kids totally picked it out for him!

Oh, and Evan broke his arm rollerblading.

I think he enjoyed it more than not!  He didn't get to swim though, and he didn't get to do a couple of other things, but overall he thought the cast was cool.  He wouldn't let anyone sign it, he didn't see why he would want peoples signatures on it.  Didn't make sense to him. . .

Evan and Brayden got to go to minecrafting camp for a week.

As you can see, they built a lot of cool stuff and had lots of fun!

We also got to know Deon.  He is a student at Cornell who came and did an internship at Pioneer for a month or so.  He's from India originally and Josh knew him at Cornell.  Needless to say, we had lots of fun and the kids were sad when he left.  Hopefully we get to see him again one day!
