My helpful 5 year old
So, one day while I was gone Josh asked Evan to do the dishes. He did them and even did a pretty good job. Well, this is his third time doing them, and I was actually home. He did a great job, and is really a great helper.
It works having the water running a little because he's not one for getting his hands dirty or touching dirty things. I think it made the task easier.

Way to go Evan! This will definately come in handy once those babies come. I need to get on the ball with Scott and Madeline doing our dishes. Thanks for the inspiration. And thanks to both of you helping out in Nursery today.:)
That's my boy, I am so proud of you helping out mom and dad..I wonder if josh or amber or chelsea remember doing dishes the old fashioned way? N0 dish washer to put them in..I recall many a argument with my sister when her and i had to do dishes when small..we also had to dust and vaccum too..Chase is dusting and sweeping floors and loves to help
